Role Overview

As a Campaign & Content Strategist at Futurists, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies that help our clients achieve measurable business growth. Working across social media, digital channels, and content platforms, you'll blend strategic insight with creative execution to build campaigns that capture audience attention, drive meaningful engagement, and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive campaign and content strategies aligned with client business objectives and target audience insights
• Create engaging content calendars and messaging frameworks across multiple platforms and channels
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling social media content, blog posts, and multimedia assets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and audience opportunities

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in campaign strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing roles
• Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns you've designed or contributed to
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
