What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Hospitality and Leisure practice
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within hospitality, hotel, resort, and leisure industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients in the hospitality sector
- Create and deliver tailored marketing content, proposals, and presentations showcasing the practice's expertise
- Coordinate events, seminars, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance practice visibility
- Track business development metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to measure strategy effectiveness
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management, preferably within law, hospitality, or professional services
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex service offerings clearly
- Proven ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
