About the Role

As a Vice President on our Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit (HHN) team, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to established institutions and growing enterprises in these critical sectors. You'll own the relationship from initial prospecting through strategy development and ongoing account management, combining market expertise with creative problem-solving to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire new client relationships within healthcare systems, universities, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations
• Develop and execute relationship growth strategies that expand wallet share and deepen client engagement
• Structure and pitch tailored financial solutions including credit facilities, treasury management, capital markets services, and specialized lending products
• Provide strategic financial advice to C-suite executives and boards on capital allocation, acquisitions, mergers, and operational challenges
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring retention and proactive account development throughout relationship lifecycle
• Collaborate across JPMorgan Chase's divisions to coordinate comprehensive client solutions and service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in commercial banking, relationship banking, or corporate finance—typically 8+ years of professional experience
• Proven track record of client relationship building, prospecting, and revenue generation in commercial banking
• Deep understanding of or genuine interest in healthcare, higher education, or non-profit financial dynamics and industry trends
• Strong financial acumen with ability to structure complex transactions and communicate sophisticated concepts clearly
• Consultative approach with excellent listening skills and ability to identify client needs beyond their immediate requests
• Ability to thrive in a relationship-intensive, results-oriented environment and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
