The Opportunity
At American Express (Amex), we are seeking a Vice President to lead the Property Development team within Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE). This role is pivotal in shaping the design and construction of our headquarters’ workplace and amenities. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of planning, execution, and operations for Amex real estate, supporting over 75,000 colleagues and contractors across eight million square feet in 59 countries.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies for workplace design and construction that align with our global goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workplace amenities, technology, and sustainability practices.
- Manage the design and construction process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
