BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GAUTENG)

Position Summary

Ajax Systems is an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe. With over 4.5 million end users and 330K PRO users across more than 180 countries, Ajax offers end-to-end solutions for protecting homes and businesses of any scale. The company's product portfolio includes 280 devices for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and comfort and automation. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Global Business Development team in Gauteng.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for the Gauteng region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential partners and clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and industry contacts
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other networking events
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the security industry and its challenges
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
