About the Role

As a Brand Representative, you'll be the heart of the customer experience on our store floor. This part-time position gives you the opportunity to represent the Hollister brand authentically, build meaningful connections with shoppers, and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life every single day.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in genuine conversations to understand their style needs and preferences
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from browsing to checkout, with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment through merchandising and floor presentation
• Keep inventory levels accurate and communicate stock information clearly to customers
• Support store operations including fitting room management, register assistance, and opening or closing duties as scheduled
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals and ensure a positive work environment
• Model the Hollister brand values through your personal presentation and customer interactions
