What You'll Do

• Lead and coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates with constructive feedback and real-time support
• Deliver exceptional customer service, staying visible and available on the sales floor throughout your shift
• Maintain visual presentation standards and store cleanliness aligned with brand expectations
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and point-of-sale reconciliation
• Drive sales performance through your own example and by recognizing strong team contributions
• Support loss prevention and inventory management practices during your shift
• Train new teammates on store systems, products, and customer service standards
• Communicate store initiatives and feedback between leadership and the frontline team

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service leadership experience, preferably in fashion or apparel retail
• Natural ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal presence
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and cash management
• Flexible availability for part-time hours, including nights, weekends, and seasonal peaks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
