Brand Designer, AI + Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI infrastructure company with significant momentum in the voice and conversational intelligence space. This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end-to-end for a technical product with global reach, working at the intersection of design, code, and AI tooling.

Our client operates across Paris and New York, serving hundreds of companies building voice-first products. They move fast, ship constantly, and expect their brand designer to do the same—with autonomy, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of how AI can accelerate creative work.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete brand identity across web, marketing materials, presentations, and video
• Design and build the company website directly in code using Next.js, HTML, and CSS within an IDE like Cursor
• Ship changes independently through GitHub and deploy via Vercel
• Operate and extend an AI-powered design system, using prompting as a core creative tool
• Push web experiences toward richer, more immersive and interactive formats
• Extend visual identity into new formats, particularly video
• Provide design support for internal product tools
• Move quickly and deliver across a wide range of formats without waiting to be briefed

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level brand design experience, ideally at a startup where you owned a brand end-to-end rather than executing against an existing playbook
• A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking: cohesive identity with real range across web, video, decks, and brand materials
• Fluency with Cursor or an equivalent IDE, confident enough with code to review and ship changes via GitHub
• Active, daily use of AI tools in your design workflow—not occasional experimentation
• Proven ability to build distinct visual language for technical, abstract products without relying on stock photography or literal product screenshots
• Sharp, fast decision-making with the ability to clearly articulate your design reasoning
• Fluent English (company working language)
• Bonus: Experience managing external vendors or freelancers
• Bonus: Background in B2B SaaS or deep tech where the product is difficult to visualize
• Bonus: Based in or open to working on-site in Paris

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €65,000 – €85,000 base salary, based on seniority and experience.

Additional benefits through the client include: hybrid work from Paris offices (no compulsory days), lunch vouchers (~€200/month), €360/year sports allowance, €300 workstation allowance, 100% health insurance coverage for you and family, pension contract, and flexible vacation policy.
