The Opportunity
As Global Head of Internal Communications at Anthesisgroup you will report to the Global Head of Brand, Strategy & Communications and take charge of the worldwide staff messaging and involvement programme. You will enable every team member to appreciate our expansion plans, the marketplace potential that exists, and the specific part they play in supporting clients to build and secure value while incorporating sustainability within their planning and processes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Steer the full global agenda for employee messaging and staff engagement activities
- Create and implement an inspirational framework that aligns the entire international workforce with mutual objectives, drive and direction
- Guide colleagues so they grasp our expansion strategy, market potential and their personal contribution to client success through sustainability integration
- Design high-impact messaging drives that unite strategic foresight with precise delivery and produce clear audience results
