Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist – Onsite – 26/27 School Year

E-Therapy is seeking a bilingual speech language pathologist to join its school-based team in Falls City, Richardson County for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in a collaborative school environment.

What This Role Involves

In this role, you'll provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students with communication and swallowing disorders. Working in a school setting, you'll deliver culturally and linguistically responsive interventions in Spanish and English, helping students overcome barriers to academic participation, social engagement, and learning success. Your clinical expertise and bilingual capabilities will directly support students' communication development and confidence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations using bilingual assessment tools and culturally responsive practices
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs aligned with student IEPs and educational goals
• Provide direct speech-language services and classroom-based consultation in both Spanish and English
• Communicate progress and recommendations to teachers, families, and school administrators
• Maintain clinical documentation, progress notes, and student records in compliance with district policy
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to comprehensive student case planning
• Manage your caseload to ensure quality service delivery and accountability

What You Bring

• Current state speech-language pathology license or certification
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral communication)
• Training or experience in bilingual language development and culturally responsive practice
• Background working with school-age populations or commitment to school-based service delivery
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention planning
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication abilities
• Organizational skills and comfort working both independently and on multidisciplinary teams
