Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming demeanor and genuine smile
- Showcase and describe our cupcake selections, specialty flavors, and baked goods to guests
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully displayed bakery case and retail space
- Answer guest questions about ingredients, flavors, and ordering options
- Support operational needs to keep the front of house running smoothly
