About the Role
You'll own the product marketing strategy for Core & Lending, two mission-critical pillars of Altruist's platform. This is a senior leadership position where you'll shape how we communicate our value to financial advisors and wealth management firms nationwide, translating complex AI-driven capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Core & Lending products, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans
- Create compelling product narratives and marketing materials that resonate with wealth professionals and their clients
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and maximize market impact
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities in the wealth management space
- Manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that drive awareness and conversion
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on customer feedback and market data
- Establish thought leadership and content strategy around Core & Lending innovations
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and launch execution
- Strong understanding of wealth management, financial services, or adjacent industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams in cross-functional environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
