Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform standard laboratory procedures under the guidance of the IVF Lab Manager
- Transport and log specimens with attention to chain-of-custody and labeling requirements
- Enter and verify data accurately in laboratory information systems
- Clean, prepare, and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces
- Assist with quality control checks and process documentation
- Coordinate with team members across the laboratory to support workflow and production schedules
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
