About the Role

As Growth Lead & Product Launch Owner, you'll own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a new AI consumer application, from pre-launch planning through scaled growth. You'll be the driving force behind acquiring everyday American users, building sustainable growth engines, and scaling the channels that work. This role demands someone comfortable in ambiguity, comfortable with data, and comfortable shipping fast.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch strategy that reaches mainstream US consumers
• Identify, test, and optimize user acquisition channels—from organic to paid, viral loops to partnerships
• Design and run rapid experiments to validate growth hypotheses and unlock scalable channels
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the consumer experience drives retention and word-of-mouth
• Own growth analytics and reporting; make data-informed decisions on where to allocate resources
• Build and manage relationships with key distribution, marketing, and partnership stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record launching or scaling consumer products or user acquisition in startups or growth-stage companies
• Strong grasp of growth fundamentals—CAC, LTV, unit economics, retention, and viral mechanics
• Ability to design and execute experiments; comfort with analytics tools and data interpretation
• Experience acquiring users at scale through multiple channels (organic, paid social, content, partnerships, etc.)
• Hands-on execution mindset with bias toward action and rapid learning
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Enthusiasm for AI-powered consumer products and understanding of the current landscape
