Your Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver instructional activities aligned with classroom goals and high academic standards
• Provide targeted one-on-one and small-group instruction to students requiring additional academic support
• Assist with classroom management and foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources as directed
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to classroom teachers
