Procurement Program Manager

Role Overview

As our Procurement Program Manager, you'll lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of procurement initiatives that support our global climate control operations. You'll drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance while partnering across departments to deliver results that matter to our customers and our planet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable pricing and terms
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Ensure procurement activities meet regulatory requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and finance
• Manage procurement programs from planning through implementation and evaluation
