Climate Solutions Equipment Associate

In this hands-on role within our Power and HVAC division, you'll be essential to delivering climate control and power equipment to job sites across the region—directly supporting customers who depend on reliable, properly maintained equipment.

About the Role

The Climate Solutions Equipment Associate position is your entry point into the equipment rental industry with one of North America's leading providers. You'll work in the field and at our Calverton facility, combining technical work with customer-focused service. This is a full-time role for someone who's organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, stage, and deliver HVAC and power generation equipment to construction sites and commercial customers
• Perform on-site equipment setup and installation following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct routine maintenance and address minor repairs to keep equipment operating at peak performance
• Inspect equipment before and after deployment, documenting condition and any issues
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding equipment operation and care
• Follow all safety regulations and contribute to a culture of workplace safety

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 75+ lbs regularly)
• Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to develop hands-on technical skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability—this role depends on punctuality and consistency
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional communication skills and customer-service mindset
