Fugro is seeking a full-time Benefits Administrator to join our Rewards team in Houston, Harris County. Help drive our modernization efforts and shape how we attract, retain, and recognize talent across the Americas.
About the Role
The Rewards team at Fugro is reimagining our compensation and benefits strategy to better align with our business operating model and compete for top talent. As Benefits Administrator, you'll play a central role in administering and optimizing our rewards programs—from day-to-day operations to strategic enhancements that impact employee engagement and retention.
What You'll Do
- Administer benefits and rewards programs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the rollout and optimization of modernized rewards initiatives across the region
- Partner with HR and leadership to align our benefits offerings with business goals
- Maintain program documentation, participant records, and compliance requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on benefits and compensation policies
- Coordinate with benefits vendors and service providers to ensure smooth program delivery
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting that informs future rewards strategy
What We're Looking For
- Experience administering employee benefits or compensation programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with benefits administration systems and databases
- Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance standards preferred
