The Opportunity

You'll start with foundational tasks while developing the technical skills needed to advance into jewelry design and service roles. Your Responsibilities

• Perform jewelry polishing and finishing work to restore luster and prepare pieces for customer delivery
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks supporting the service workflow, including documentation and inventory management
• Assist experienced jewelers with bench work, learning proper techniques and safety protocols
• Support customer service functions by preparing repair orders and communicating job status
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all company and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
• Reliable transportation and commitment to consistent full-time attendance
• Willingness to learn jewelry craftsmanship and industry best practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
