Join JP Euro as an Audi Master Guild Technician in Alamogordo, Otero County. We're seeking an experienced technician to lead our Audi service operations. This full-time position offers competitive wages of $50–$65/hour based on experience, plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

About the Role

As our Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll be the technical leader of our Audi service department, handling complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi vehicles. Your expertise will range from routine services to advanced powertrain, electrical, and suspension systems work, all executed to factory standards.

  • Perform comprehensive Audi diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance using OEM procedures and specialized tools
  • Execute repairs on engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and climate control systems
  • Complete manufacturer recall work and technical service bulletins accurately and thoroughly
  • Mentor junior technicians and maintain shop technical excellence
  • Coordinate with service advisors on repair scope, timeline, and customer communication
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Audi Master Guild Technician certification
  • 5+ years of hands-on Audi or European automotive repair experience
  • ASE certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Audi diagnostic software and computer systems
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to manage your service queue independently and efficiently
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
