Equinix is seeking an experienced AI and Business Process Strategic Portfolio Integrator to drive innovation and operational excellence across our organization in 2 Locations. In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of our strategic portfolio initiatives, integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions with business process optimization to deliver measurable organizational impact.

Position Summary

As an AI and Business Process Strategic Portfolio Integrator at Equinix, you'll lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that transform how we operate. This strategic role sits at the intersection of technology, business process improvement, and organizational strategy, positioning you as a key driver of competitive advantage. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments while maintaining focus on business objectives and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and business process improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine optimal integration points within existing business processes
• Lead cross-functional teams through process redesign initiatives, applying AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Build and maintain a portfolio of AI and process optimization projects, prioritizing based on business impact and strategic fit
• Conduct thorough business case analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor implementation progress, track key performance indicators, and report on portfolio health and outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units to ensure successful adoption and change management

What You Bring

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning applications, and their business implications
• Proven experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, or strategic portfolio management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Excellent communication abilities and experience influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Project and portfolio management expertise, preferably with formal certifications or methodologies
