As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in Apparel, you'll be the face of our store, delivering expert assistance to customers shopping for athletic wear, team sports apparel, and performance clothing. This full-time position combines product knowledge with genuine customer engagement, helping shoppers make confident purchasing decisions whether they're gearing up for training, competition, or everyday wear. You'll work directly on the sales floor, building relationships with both new and returning customers at our North Dartmouth location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their apparel needs, offering personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features, fit, and performance benefits to support informed purchasing
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle multiple payment methods
• Maintain organized, visually appealing displays within the apparel section
• Answer questions about sizes, materials, care instructions, and brand offerings
• Work collaboratively with your sales team to meet store goals and deliver excellent service
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving new merchandise
