What You'll Do

• Support sales consultants with customer questions, vehicle details, and transaction logistics
• Prepare, organize, and manage vehicle sale documentation and compliance paperwork
• Track inventory, coordinate scheduling, and streamline operational workflows
• Handle customer communications, follow-ups, and correspondence
• Maintain accuracy in records and ensure all administrative processes run on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve dealership efficiency and customer experience
