About This Position

As a Sales & Operations Advisor at Drivetime, you'll be the connective force between our sales team and operations. You'll manage schedules, coordinate communication, handle documentation, and solve the day-to-day challenges that keep our El Cajon dealership running efficiently. Your organizational skills and customer-focused attitude directly impact our team's success and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the sales process and coordinate between departments to maintain smooth operations
• Schedule appointments, manage customer communication, and ensure timely follow-up for customer service
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for sales and inventory activities
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks that keep operations organized and efficient
• Identify and resolve operational challenges in collaboration with team members
• Assist with inventory coordination and vehicle documentation as needed

Qualifications
