About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Agent at Armed Forces Insurance, you'll serve business owners and managers by identifying their insurance protection needs, explaining coverage options, and guiding them toward solutions that safeguard their operations. You'll handle policy sales, account renewals, and ongoing client support in a mission-driven, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Assess commercial clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage
• Develop and present competitive insurance quotes based on each business's unique risk profile
• Process policy applications, coordinate with underwriting, and facilitate the purchase process
• Manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and oversee policy renewals
• Cultivate strong client relationships through professional communication and reliable follow-up
• Remain knowledgeable about commercial insurance products, coverage types, and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple client needs
• Commitment to professional standards and customer-focused service
• Motivation to obtain your property and casualty personal lines license
• Prior insurance experience a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Armed Forces Insurance provides competitive hourly compensation between $49,000 and $58,000 annually, scaled to your experience. We fully cover all training and testing expenses for your property and casualty license, eliminating barriers to entry. Qualifying candidates receive a $500 signing bonus. Our fixed-rate pay structure ensures predictable income with no commissions.
