The position currently features a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and advocacy to individuals and families residing in the shelter.
- Connect residents to mental health, addiction, housing, and other essential human services.
- Help shelter guests identify needs and access appropriate programs and resources.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment across varied weekday and weekend shifts.
- Document interactions and collaborate with program staff to support resident goals.
