About the Role
As Director of Premium Sales and Service at LN Venues, you'll oversee all aspects of premium revenue generation and client relationship management at The Wylie Pittsburgh. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive sales strategy, build and mentor your team, and ensure every premium experience exceeds guest expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute premium sales strategies to drive revenue growth from luxury suites, premium seating, and hospitality packages
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients, sponsors, and corporate partners
- Lead, mentor, and manage the premium sales and service team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee premium guest experiences and service delivery to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with event promoters, ticketing partners, and venue operations to maximize premium positioning
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine premium offerings and pricing strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in premium or luxury markets
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in strategic planning and P&L management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, sports, or similar customer-focused industries
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
