About the Role
As VIP Lounge Security at the Hollywood Palladium, you'll play a critical role in creating a secure, welcoming environment for our most valued guests. Your presence and professionalism directly impact the guest experience at one of the entertainment industry's premier venues.
What You'll Do
- Monitor access to VIP lounge areas and verify guest credentials and authorization
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by observing guest behavior and responding appropriately to any concerns
- Assist with guest flow and crowd management during events
- Provide courteous customer service while enforcing venue security policies
- Report security incidents and maintain detailed documentation as required
- Coordinate with other security team members to ensure comprehensive venue coverage
- Respond promptly to requests from venue management and event staff
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the venue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a premium venue
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Willingness to follow established security protocols and procedures
- Valid government-issued ID and clean background clearance
