Advisor, HR Information Systems – Cornerstone

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor for HR Information Systems in Talcott Village, Hartford County, to support our human resources technology initiatives. This full-time position will focus on managing, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that enable our HR teams to deliver critical talent management, recruitment, and employee benefit programs.

About the Role

In this HR Information Systems Advisor position at Cardinal Health, you'll serve as a technical resource supporting our human resources organization. You'll work with HR teams to ensure our HR systems operate efficiently and deliver the technology capabilities needed to support workforce management, learning and development, compensation administration, and other strategic HR functions.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical administration and user support for our HR information systems
• Manage system configurations to support HR business processes and initiatives
• Create reports and dashboards to help HR leaders track talent metrics and organizational planning
• Work with HR teams to implement system improvements and optimize workflow efficiency
• Support HR programs across recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee learning
• Maintain data quality, security, and compliance across HR systems
• Develop documentation, training guides, and user resources to support HR system adoption

What We're Looking For

• Background in HR information systems administration or similar technical HR role
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, including systems like Cornerstone
• Practical knowledge of system administration, configuration, reporting, and data analytics
• Familiarity with key HR functions: recruitment, talent development, compensation, benefits, and learning management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with HR and business stakeholders
• Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and support evolving business requirements
