Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Saint-Gobain is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift at our Cammack Village, Pulaski County facility. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead production operations during the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing line.

About the Role

As Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift, you'll oversee all production activities at our Cammack Village plant, directing a skilled team to deliver quality products safely and consistently. This role is central to maintaining the high performance standards Saint-Gobain is known for. Initial training will occur during the 1st Shift, and flexibility to support vacation coverage and staffing adjustments is essential to the position.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct production line personnel to meet daily targets and quality specifications
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Monitor product quality throughout shifts and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate team scheduling to cover vacations and respond to staffing needs
• Develop team members' knowledge, skills, and capabilities through training and mentorship
• Report production metrics, performance data, and issues to plant management
