What You'll Do

• Take ownership of a significant client base, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and strategic advice.
• Lead and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
• Work directly with Partners on complex tax matters, financial planning, and other business services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven track record as a Business Services Manager or similar role in the accounting industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, financial planning, and other business services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A degree in Accounting or a related field, with relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CA.
