Role Overview

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a group of companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role also involves handling general administrative tasks. Suitable candidates should be detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing both corporate governance matters and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)'s statutory and regulatory requirements through meticulous record-keeping and documentation.
• Manage the preparation and submission of annual returns, filings, and other statutory documents to relevant authorities.
• Oversee corporate governance matters including board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and minute-taking.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Law or Business Administration with a focus on corporate secretarial practice.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the corporate sector.
• Familiarity with Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)'s corporate laws and regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
