The Opportunity
Seatrium is seeking a Senior Executive or Executive to join our team as a key player in managing housing operations. This role involves conducting daily inspections of rooms and common areas, ensuring timely rectification of defects. You will manage repair and maintenance works, cleaning services, pest control, and landscaping. Additionally, you will coordinate security and safety matters with service providers and ensure the readiness of rooms/assets for occupancy.
Your Responsibilities
