The Opportunity
The Senior Finance Manager, Electric Avenue Manufacturing Operations will serve as the key finance leader for the Electric Avenue manufacturing site in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the site. Partnering closely with plant leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will ensure that financial strategies align with business objectives to support growth and profitability.
Core Duties
- Lead financial planning and analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
