The Opportunity
This is your chance to lead transformational initiatives in a manufacturing setting built on Lean principles and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs across all production areas including hard chrome plating, grinding, repair, and finishing operations
- Evaluate production capacity throughout stripping, masking, plating, baking, grinding, and finishing workflows
- Map current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows that increase throughput and reduce lead times
- Monitor production quality, output metrics, and key performance indicators to drive measurable improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process enhancements and ensuring continuous operational gains
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical ability to assess production data, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes such as metal finishing, plating, or similar operations
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities
- Full-time availability based in Sun Valley, Los Angeles County
