About the Role
As Finance Manager in our automotive dealership, you'll manage the complete financial lifecycle of vehicle transactions, from customer financing through closing. You'll work at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer relations, ensuring every deal meets our standards for compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Structure and present financing options to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency
- Manage F&I (Finance and Insurance) products and present packages that enhance customer value
- Process loan applications, coordinate with lenders, and manage funding and title work
- Verify customer documentation, income, and credit to support loan approval
- Oversee transaction documentation and ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations
- Build strong customer relationships by educating buyers on their financing terms and options
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership targets and improve customer experience
- Monitor outstanding contracts and follow up on collections as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in automotive dealership or similar role
- Deep knowledge of automotive financing, F&I products, and dealership operations
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, credit regulations, and lending practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven track record of building customer trust and closing transactions
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
