About the Role
As an Associate in HR Workforce Transformation and Technology, you will work within PwC's dedicated workforce consulting practice, supporting clients across diverse industries in reimagining their people and organisational strategies. Your work will involve collaborating with senior consultants and client leadership teams to diagnose workforce challenges, design tailored HR solutions, and guide organisations through successful transformation initiatives. This role bridges human resources expertise with technology enablement, positioning you at the intersection of people strategy and digital innovation.
Core Duties
- Support end-to-end organisation and talent management projects for major clients
- Conduct workforce analyses and develop people strategy recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Assess organisational structures, capabilities, and processes to identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate on technology assessment and implementation to support HR transformation
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs and communicate findings in clear, actionable terms
- Contribute to the development of implementation roadmaps and change management plans
- Apply bilingual capabilities in English and French to support diverse client engagements across Canada
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field
- Fluency in both English and French (bilingual requirement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for organisational effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to client-focused cultures
- Interest in HR strategy, organisational development, and workforce technology trends
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support client engagements
