About the Role

Fuku, located in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), is looking for a Campus Facilities Operations Lead to manage day-to-day campus facilities management, safety compliance, and maintenance. This role involves ensuring that all facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained under the guidance of the Facilities Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and implement maintenance programs for campus facilities
• Supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks
• Manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operation of the campus facilities

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to oversee contractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of facility management
