About This Position
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes. As the Senior HR & People Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and exit management. This role is crucial in fostering a healthy workplace environment and ensuring compliant processes across all departments.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely manner
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Partner with department heads to support their teams and drive business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Experience in performance management, training, and compliance
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
