What This Role Involves

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Liaise with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and review tender and subcontract documents to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations
• Manage change orders and variation claims, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with project timelines
• Coordinate with cost control and finance departments for accurate payment processing
• Ensure all contractual agreements are properly documented and stored for future reference
