Sr. Subcontracts Administrator (Remote)

GovCIO is hiring a Senior Subcontracts Administrator for a fully remote position managing the complete lifecycle of subcontracts for the government sector. No security clearance required.

About the Role

As Senior Subcontracts Administrator, you'll lead subcontract administration for GovCIO's team-oriented, customer-focused Subcontracts Team in this full-time, fully remote role. Supporting critical corporate operations and business services, you'll work from anywhere in the United States, taking ownership of subcontract strategy, compliance, and vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontract administration, from drafting and negotiation through closure
• Prepare, review, and execute subcontract terms, conditions, and statements of work with internal alignment
• Maintain organized subcontract files, documentation, and records to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce adherence to contract terms and requirements
• Coordinate across procurement, finance, program management, and other internal teams
• Identify contract risks, resolve disputes, and manage changes professionally and timely
• Support process improvements and best practices development for subcontract operations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or government contracting
• Solid understanding of subcontract terms, conditions, regulatory requirements, and contract law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex terms clearly
• Proficiency managing multiple concurrent subcontracts while meeting strict deadlines
• Comfort with contract management systems and standard business software
• Team player committed to customer-focused service and operational excellence
