What This Role Involves

The role of Executive, Financial Planning & Analysis involves strategic financial planning and analysis to support the organization's growth and decision-making processes. The incumbent will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial models, conducting financial forecasts, and providing insights that drive business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the security or related industries.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
