About the Role
An on-site role based at a sub-regional shopping centre in Kwinana. The successful candidate will support the Portfolio Manager with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Portfolio Manager with daily management tasks and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in a retail environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee maintenance of property standards and ensure tenant satisfaction is maintained.
Skills & Qualifications
- A commercially aware and relationship-driven property professional with a proven track record in retail property or shopping centre management.
- (Must hold, or be willing to obtain) a WA Real Estate License.
- Prior experience in retail property or shopping centre management is essential.
