Account Services Representative III

About the Role

As an Account Services Representative III, you will serve as a trusted specialist in member-facing and back-office account services. This role carries organization-wide responsibility for managing and supporting some of our most complex and sensitive member accounts, requiring strong technical knowledge and a commitment to accuracy and member satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level support for wire transfer processing and coordination across the credit union
• Manage and oversee Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and related member inquiries
• Handle specialized Individual Retirement Account (IRA) servicing and member guidance
• Support trust account administration and member needs with precision and regulatory compliance in mind
• Assist with deceased member account management and estate-related services
• Partner with management to develop and deliver training on credit union products and services to staff
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to team members across the organization
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products, services, and policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in credit union or banking account services or a related financial services role
• Strong technical understanding of wire transfers, ACH processing, and member account management systems
• Demonstrated expertise in IRA accounts, trust accounts, and estate account handling
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial processes clearly to members and staff
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members across departments
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to mentor junior staff
• Full-time availability in our San Carlos, San Mateo County location
