The Opportunity

Our AI-driven platform converts immersive video content into structured, interactive simulations accessible across VR headsets, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices—delivering measurable learning outcomes at a fraction of traditional training costs. As an Account Executive in Healthcare, you'll introduce this innovative solution to institutional buyers in the Austin area and beyond, building long-term partnerships with organizations eager to improve training effectiveness and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare systems, medical education programs, and related institutional sectors
• Conduct discovery conversations with key decision-makers to understand training challenges and demonstrate how OrchestrateXR addresses them
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, moving prospects through discovery, proposal, and negotiation stages
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations that align OrchestrateXR's capabilities with each organization's specific needs
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional contacts to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
• Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of pipeline health and deal progress

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise or B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare, education technology, or institutional markets
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics or educational procurement processes (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed approach to territory management and sales execution
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and communicate immersive learning concepts to non-technical audiences
• Based in or able to work from the Austin area
