Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B events organization seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for high-value conference sponsorships. In this role, you will:
- Build new business revenue: Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to senior prospects to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Develop pipeline: Collaborate with marketing and analyst teams to source, contact, and set up meetings with potential sponsors
- Establish client relationships: Partner closely with content and delivery teams to ensure exceptional execution
- Create compelling pitches: Work hand-in-hand with content specialists to inspire prospects and close deals
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a sales professional with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and the drive to excel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Sales excellence: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of regularly outperforming targets
- Drive and passion: Evidence of genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development

This is an office-based position in Victoria, London (Monday–Friday). Due to the collaborative nature of the work, remote arrangements are not available.
