Role Overview
As an Account Executive with GRM Document Management, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with organizations seeking scalable document storage, imaging, and archival solutions. Your focus will be on establishing new business relationships in the DC/Baltimore/Northern Virginia corridor, educating prospective clients on how GRM's services solve their compliance, storage, and digitization challenges, and building partnerships that create long-term value.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads throughout the DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia markets
- Present GRM's physical document storage, pathology storage, and scanning/imaging services to enterprise and mid-market organizations
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored information management solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close new business within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise software, business services, or B2B sales
- Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and closing capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven professional
- Ability to manage your own territory independently
- Familiarity with document management or records management solutions is a plus
