About This Position
H&H, a nationally recognized full-service infrastructure engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to expand its Mercerville, Mercer County office. You'll serve as a Structural Task Leader and Project Engineer on a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized design projects, guiding teams through complex structural challenges and delivering excellence in every deliverable.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts and project delivery across small to mid-sized infrastructure projects
- Mentor and oversee junior engineers and support staff on design teams
- Develop structural concepts, perform analysis, and produce detailed design documentation
- Manage client relationships and communicate technical findings to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to proposal development and project estimation
Who We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in structural engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8+ years of structural design experience in infrastructure or related sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis and design software
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
