Recorded Future, the world's largest intelligence company, is hiring a full-time Account Director (Navy) in Washington, DC to spearhead revenue growth across the Department of the Navy and broader Department of Defense.

About the Role

As an Account Director (Navy) at Recorded Future, you will own a strategic portfolio of DoD accounts and carry a quota while building a territory from the ground up. This high-impact, on-site role in Washington, DC is suited to a driven, customer-obsessed sales leader who manages the entire cycle, from initial prospecting through close, and who builds lasting trust with senior military stakeholders, command leadership, and procurement officers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue net-new logo opportunities across SECNAV, the Marine Corps, Navy Fleets, and Program Executive Offices (PEOs).
  • Run strategic discovery to map cybersecurity needs to Recorded Future's intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with Federal System Integrators (FSIs) and channel partners on joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Grow enterprise accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals by spotting unmet needs and usage trends.
  • Navigate complex 6–12 month Federal budget cycles, applying the MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks.
  • Manage pipeline health and forecast accuracy using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while sharing market feedback internally.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or Federal/DoD sales, focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota and closing 7-figure, multi-year Federal contracts (Navy and Marine Corps experience strongly preferred).
  • Fluency in both direct and partner-driven (FSI) go-to-market models.
  • Deep command of Navy procurement, budget cycles, and the "color of money."
  • Skilled in discovery, objection handling, approvals, legal reviews, and quoting within government frameworks.
  • Comfortable engaging high-ranking military officials and an entrepreneurial, resilient builder's mindset.
