Navigate complex 6–12 month Federal budget cycles, applying the MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks. Manage pipeline health and forecast accuracy using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while sharing market feedback internally. Qualifications 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or Federal/DoD sales, focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Proven record of exceeding quota and closing 7-figure, multi-year Federal contracts (Navy and Marine Corps experience strongly preferred). Fluency in both direct and partner-driven (FSI) go-to-market models. Deep command of Navy procurement, budget cycles, and the "color of money." Skilled in discovery, objection handling, approvals, legal reviews, and quoting within government frameworks.
